Applied online 26 th august 2012 . Aptitude tests online very quickly usual type verbal and mathematical . These were quite good as they gave you a few easy ones to start to get you going unlike ones i did for another company which was very difficult from the start. I recieved an e mail within a few days saying I had passed and to book a telephone interview. The telephone interview consisted of standard questions beginning with what I knew about the company . The interviewer was a lady from an external interview group and she seemed very nice. She wanted to know if I knew all the locations of their businesses , I didnt but I did know a few in britain . She then went on to the usual competency questions , describe a time you came across a problem how did u solve it etc. Each question had a follow up to your answer. I felt I answered everything well but still didnt get offered the assesment centre I recieved an e mail saying that they had a lot of applications from people with high standards and that I did not meet the criteria.
