Morgan Lewis Senior Research Analyst interview questions

I applied online. I had two interviews, one with an HR rep and then with the actual hiring manager who oversaw the process. There were two separate conversations that were quite nice and pleasant, with talk about what was expected, examples of my work, the work/life balance, discussion if the job would require more onsite work beyond the current 2 days in the office. Everyone I spoke to was very nice but I never heard back beyond the second interview. No update, no follow-up, no rejection. I know this is not unusual but it remains disappointing that organizations continue to leave candidates in the dark.
