I submitted a resume. When I finally heard back from them, it was via an email stating that they had been trying to reach me to no avail and this would be their final attempt. I checked all in-boxes and voicemails, and missed calls. They hadn't tried to contact me prior to then.

I said that the interview process was difficult because I never got one scheduled. The recruiter contacted me on a Friday and asked me what was my availability for that week. Considering it was already Friday, I replied back asking if she wanted my availability for that day or the following week and she never responded. A fellow colleague who was also trying to apply with Morgan Stanley had a similar experience.
One on one with team leader in a zoom setting. Direct questions on job aspirations and description for responsibilities. Very kind interviewer and more honesty than expected. Offer was not extended because interviewer believed job would not suit me long term.
