I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (New York, NY)

Interview

Got interview through networking, came in for two rounds of in person interviews. Interviewees were friendly and comfortable. Enjoyed the experience but the position wasn't right. Interview was basic fit and personality questions to see if I would mesh will with the group. No technical questions asked, just asked about past experiences in the business.

Online application then in person interview on campus. It was an average interview. Asked a lot of hypothetical questions you would have to solve. Personally, didn't really click with the interviewer which was disadvantage on my part.

Applied via campus recruiting. Had 1 individual, in-person interview with an HR Director. Then had a Super Day along with 20+ other candidates. They asked behavioral questions during the Super Day that focused on your leadership, influencing/persuasion skills, and ability to handle tough situations.
