Process began with online application (CV and Covering/Motivational Letter), followed by invite to numerical and logical reasoning tests online. Two telephone interviews followed this. Fairly free-flowing conversations to get a feel for your motivations, interests, experience, and some market knowledge. Finally invited to assessment centre in London. About 30 people turned up on the day. The day was fast paced and rigorous: 3 back to back interviews (skills-based, technical, motivational/innovation) followed by a group project and further numerical testing. Having said that, more than other firms the interviewers and HR teams really seem in touch with what they're looking for in a candidate, and there's a really positive vibe to the whole place, and the day was actually really enjoyable.
