The interview process is very complex. It starts with a phone interview of 5 mins, then everyone should do an online competency test. If someone succeeded in getting into the next round, they get invited to an Assessment Center.
The AC include many interviews (HR, situational, technical, management), financial case studies (for some positions) and a leaderless group activity task.
