Applied online for the position. Resume was received and accepted. Next step was to complete an online assessment "day in the life" of a planner - multiple choice scenarios. Passed that. Contacted by a recruiter for a 15 min phone interview. Very relaxed and easy interview. I think they're just checking to see if you can speak English well and can communicate. Next step is an online interview which is my next step.

Phone interview followed by zoom interview. The initial interview was more conversational but I was asked important concepts about the job experience. The zoom question asked more about the resume and the work experience related to the field.
