I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley
Interview
It was all about data structures (I was asked 3 problems to solve on paper) and java concepts.
And spoke about projects mentioned in resume.
Interview went around 45 minutes.
Didnt get an offer.
All tech questions about computer basics, programming and networks. Including almost all aspects of CS major foundations. Questions are not too difficult and the interviewer is nice. Takes about half an hour and the result came back after about two weeks.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (New York, NY) in Aug 2018
Interview
I applied through head hunter. Two telephonic interviews and 10 on-site 1:1 interviews. After two back to back telephonic rounds, I was promptly called for an on-site interview. After a week, I was called again for another round of on-site interview. People are really nice and it was great experience talking to them. Interview experience is really positive. The only thing that stings is post interview correspondence. Even after a month of on-site interviews there is no correspondence from the company at all. If they don't want to move ahead they should atleast send an email especially after calling for two on-site interviews.
