Interview
The interview process started two weeks after I applied to the open positions online. I first had a 30-min HR call followed by a technical 30-min call. About a month later there was a whole day of assessment center with some tasks and several interviews with managers. I also got another call some weeks later with another interview. Then about a month later I was offered a contract.

Question 1
The interview questions were basically the usual questions. Technical questions were different based on the team managers and the related job. E.g. on the phone I needed to answer basic OO paradigms and design patterns, on the assessment center day there were some tasks that we needed to figure out in teams like having arguments for and against an organizational change.
The OA was quite difficult involving aptitude, debugging and programming qns. The aptitude was most time consuming and where mostly pictorial and needed much time to solve. Debugging is better and included easier qns.

Interview
Straightforward, more focus on fit and eagerness than market knowledge. Everyone was kind, interviews were short but I talked to people in various teams. Multiple stages online then I eventually received an offer in person.
