I applied through college for both Finance Summer Analyst and Operations Summer Analyst.
I was invited for both positions for 1:1 interview on campus. I selected Finance at 8 AM with 30 minute break and Operations at 9 AM. The firm does have associates from Morgan Stanley present to talk to you about the position as you wait for the interview.
The interview is all behavioral and did well.
Next day I got an email that I was invited to the super-day for both Finance and Ops at MS office in Baltimore. Super-day was held the VERY next day.
Since I was invited for both positions, I had a busy schedule. 9-12 for Ops (2 interviews, 1 group activity). 1 hour break. 1-4 for Finance (3 interviews (2 behavioral and 1 technical), 1 group activity).
The interview is really easy. It's all about you are yourself. Speak the truth because it truly gauges your personality, rather talking like a robot.
The 1 Technical interview for finance for also easy. Asked about NPV, WACC. Things you learn at college. Also, not everyone for finance had a technical interview.
Hint:
Group activities for both and Ops are not there for a solution but rather how you work as a team. Be a leader, not the boss of the group.
The interview process was a great experience overall. I enjoyed the conversation and felt it was a strong opportunity to connect my background to the work Morgan Stanley does. There was a HireVue than one one one.

After submitting the application, they provide the online assessment link to all the people, I guess. After taking the assessment, the applicants who are moving on to the next step will have a Zoom interview with HR and a superday (final), respectively.

Mostly about fit questions. Not a single technical question was asked.
Well organised, informational, and transparent process. After test there was a hirevue, then a telephone interview and then the superday, all of which was completed in about one month. I appreciated their speed and for not dragging out the process.
