Interview
The interview consisted of a rotational interview at the office with 4 people ranging from financial advisors up to the director. Each one lasted only 15 minutes, for a total of 1 hour. They were all relatively warm and inviting so everything was more of a conversation rather than an interrogation.
Applied through the website to do the hirevue and got a first round, but did not get a further invitation for a superday. Overall the interviews were pretty standard and non technical

Why Morgan Stanley/Wealth Mgmt, basic STAR questions
First round interview over Zoom, but I didn’t move on to the next round. The Interview was with another intern and the youngest analyst. All behavioral and fit based, nothing technical.
Meet with more junior associate and more senior one, talk about resume and previous experience and what to expect from role, guaging understanding of investments and market knowledge. Guaging knowledge of what the team does also
