Phone Screen involved two people separately, a bit longer than necessary but not bad. Was a pain to schedule. The HR interview was proceeded by interviews with 4 managers. HR people seem to be very much from Noah's Ark and no little of industry. Dont interview if out of work they are rude and accusatory which is a joke in the land of financial services and layoffs. Managers seemed to have preconceived notions about skills that persons from Bank I worked at for 10 years have, even though I am a NY CPA and have a Series 24 which people from my former employer who worked or work there do not have such qualifications and I know for a fact do not have a Masters Degree.
