The overall interview process was very relaxed. The aim of this interview is for me to introduce myself and explain why I choose sales & trading and why I want to work for MS. In addition, I need to demonstrate that I know how work in a team and how to solve complex problem.

Final AC, was split into 3 separate interviews 2 were questions around the core values and current market news and quick trade idea as well as a few brain teasers.
Start off with a HireVue, where theres 3 questions and you have ability to retake some of them. After comes a call, followed by rounds of interviews if you end up making it farther.
