Why do you think you're a good fit for this company/position? She offered a brief overview of the position. I wouldn't say this was an unexpected question but she asked what I knew about the company. Final question was in regards to salary. She asked about my current salary and what sort of pay range I was expecting from this position.
Three rounds of interviews with individual teams and two different hiring managers. Takes about 2+ months to get job offer from management, do the proper background checks and get started.

Question 1
What is your comfortability with problem solving for complex problems?
Simple, they were very welcoming and straightforward. I felt comfortable when I got there, but I could tell they wanted someone with more experience than me. It only lasted 30 minutes and they only really wanted to hear me talk about my experiences and asked one behavioral question.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Palo Alto, CA) in Dec 2025
Interview
Very straightforward. Told me more about the role. Was looking for someone to start in January, but I don't graduate until June. Said she'd pass my resume along nonetheless (don't think anything will come of it considering they are looking for someone to start ASAP).
