I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Baltimore, MD) in Nov 2013
Interview
I was first introduced to the Morgan Stanley hiring process through an information session at Towson University in Towson, MD. After the information session was a networking opportunity to meet the current Morgan Stanley employees. I was unaware during the moment, but I later found out that the way to get to the first round of interviews was by receiving an invitation from one of the employees from the networking- not everyone received an invitation to the interviews. The first and second round of interviews was about 4 days apart and covered the generic interview questions. A few days after my second round of interviews I was invited to the Morgan Stanley office in Baltimore for a final interview. And two weeks after the third interview I received a job offer in the mail, and then that was followed up with a congratulatory email from the human resources department.

Question 1
Why was I interested in the operations department.
I applied online. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Seattle, WA) in Jun 2026
Interview
The interview process was conducted in a professional and welcoming manner. The interviewer was approachable and began by asking for a brief overview of my background. From there, we had a solid conversation about my past work, some of my personal projects, and the certifications I've earned. Overall, I would call this a positive experience and I am looking forward to my next round.

Question 1
One of the questions that stuck with me was "Why Parametric?"
Asking general behavioral questions like self intro, any relevant experience with client, future career plan, etc. It was two round in person interview and nice culture and people. Good experience overall
I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Glasgow, Scotland)
Interview
Was very nice. They show you the building between rounds of interviews. First is a group interview, and then two individual interviews. The people are nice as well, and very friendly.
