Very quick process, took about 3-4 weeks total after first round interview was scheduled. The first round interview consisted of two phone calls, and the Superday was four video interviews, each about 20 minutes. Both the first round phone calls were about 20 minutes in length as well.

The interview process was a great experience overall. I enjoyed the conversation and felt it was a strong opportunity to connect my background to the work Morgan Stanley does. There was a HireVue than one one one.

After submitting the application, they provide the online assessment link to all the people, I guess. After taking the assessment, the applicants who are moving on to the next step will have a Zoom interview with HR and a superday (final), respectively.

Mostly about fit questions. Not a single technical question was asked.
Well organised, informational, and transparent process. After test there was a hirevue, then a telephone interview and then the superday, all of which was completed in about one month. I appreciated their speed and for not dragging out the process.
