One telephone interview, mainly competency based and motivation, one question related to the job (what factors determine a company's share price?). Then assessment centre was comprised of 3 half an hour interviews, a group exercise where we had to collectively come up with 3 business ideas and present it to the assessors, and an individual presentation where I had to come up with a buy/sell recommendation for Samsung shares based on a stack of information.
