Submitted online, waited for 2 weeks before phone interview with analyst. During the interview it was a mix of technicals and fit questions about my background. Interviewer was really friendly and really nice. Ask me my interest in the division I was applying to and asked me to walk through my CV. Also had a brain teaser at the end. Waited for 2 more weeks before getting invited to face to face interviews in London
The interview process was a great experience overall. I enjoyed the conversation and felt it was a strong opportunity to connect my background to the work Morgan Stanley does. There was a HireVue than one one one.

After submitting the application, they provide the online assessment link to all the people, I guess. After taking the assessment, the applicants who are moving on to the next step will have a Zoom interview with HR and a superday (final), respectively.

Mostly about fit questions. Not a single technical question was asked.
Well organised, informational, and transparent process. After test there was a hirevue, then a telephone interview and then the superday, all of which was completed in about one month. I appreciated their speed and for not dragging out the process.
