Interview
1st round telephone interview conducted by an analyst. He was friendly and helpful in terms of explaining to you the correct answer where you got a technical question wrong. Total of 14 questions. 5 straight forward competency (why ms, why ibd etc) and the rest technical (accounting and valuation related).

It was standard from the guides, if you have the 400 question guide you will be totally fine, its nothing really beyond that at the interviews. You don't need to fundamentally understand banking.
