Interview
2 stage interview seeing 4 people in total. the first was 45 minutes with 2 people and the second an hour, half an hour for each interviewer. I saw my line manager and 3 program sponsors. Discussed experience and how i would deal with situations. Difficulty entirely dependent on who you see in such a situation and i was luck that all 4 were pleasant and didn't throw me too many curve-balls.
