I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley
Interview
On-site interview for a full day with six people one-on-one, about one hour each. For the first five to ten minutes, I was asked some general questions about my resume, after that mostly brain teasers, some finance/options questions and coding questions. People were nice; questions tended to be more difficult than I expected.

Question 1
Let W(t) be a Brownian motion. Let alpha < 0, beta > 0. What's the probability that beta is hit first.
Everyone was professional and nice, at lease looked like they were. I made it through the final interview and received positive feedback from the HR, then got completely ghosted. No offer, no rejection, no response. Radio Silence.
Three rounds. First over the phone with HR. Second round via zoom. Final round in person. Spread out over 3 months. Using AI for scheduling and setting up calendar invites.
First round with sector head then second round with written test including a model test translation and then last round meet apac head, solid stock pitch needed, overall not really difficult
