I got the interview through a recruiter. It was two one-on-one interviews on the same day, one is with a VP, the other one is with the team manager. The interviewers were very easy to talk to and friendly. I did not get an offer though as they say they found a candidate with a better experience.

The interview was relatively easy, revolved around product knowledge, relevant experience, strengths and areas of improvement
Two rounds of interview back to back. Basic conceptual questions were asked about fixed income securities and derivatives. Asked general questions. Asked about previous work experience.
Overall good process of interview.
Long & tedious. Many different people and dragged out process. Was doing a few different phone interviews, then had the eventual superday in Baltimore, MD. Few different interview with a few people and nitpicked at all the little things.
