I networked through my campus and followed up with the recruiter. I applied on the online portal and had to do the standard numeric and logic tests. I got an email a couple weeks later on Monday for two back to back phone interviews on Tuesday and I only had a day to prepare. One was behavioral and the other was a quantitative logic question. I heard back at the end of Wednesday that I'd be moving on to the Assessment Centre in their New York office that Friday. The AC had an individual presentation on a prompt/problem and three back to back interviews. Overall, quite exhausting though everybody was quite nice. The only exception was that the presentation interviewer was deliberately nitpicky to see how you function under stress.
