Applied via the online job portal. Got an email requesting time slots for an telephone interview. This is a basic screening interview where you will be questioned on your resume and basics about data structures and algorithms; eg: difference between stack and heap. If selected you will be called on site for a detailed on-site interview. The on-site interviews include a programming round, problem solving round, group activity and an interview with the project leader/head.

For the telephone interview I was quizzed on my resume about the various projects and technologies. Basic focus from the start to the end will be about data structures and algorithms. Just be sure your concepts are strong and clear and clearly explain the reason for using a specific data structure for the given situation.

Interview
I was emailed to set up an informational interview call where someone who was not involved in the hiring process told me about the program. At the end of the call she told me she was sending me on to the next round for a more formal interview that would be scheduled in 2 weeks. 3 weeks passed and i heard nothing. I sent her a follow up email to see if I was still being considered for the position and she did not answer. Very unprofessional.
