      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Budapest) in Dec 2013

      Interview

1- First interview on the phone by HR manager, asking general questions such as: why you applied to Morgan Stanley, What are you doing nowadays, why you are seeking a job in this position, etc. It was a very simple conversation with a professional HR manager. 2- Then I took an online test (IQ test), and submitted 2 essays to address why I am interested in this position and what qualities I can bring to the Credit Risk group, each essay in one single page. 3- Third round was a technical interview with a representative of Credit risk group, she asked general questions regarding technical aspects of the job and wanted to measure my basic finance and risk knowledge. It was not that easy but the interviewer was professional and really didn't make me stressed. Then she gave some feedbacks and told which areas are my weaknesses and I should strengthen them before final round of interview. 4- Finally HR manager sent me an email to arrange a final round, face-to-face, interview. But right at the beginning of January, HR manager left her position and the new manager came to office, first informed me that she has collected all feedbacks and confirmed they want to continue with my application but after 2 days she changed her mind and decided to drop my application. This part was unpredictable and they didn't give me any feedback or explanation as to why I was rejected.

      Interview

Very unprofessional. I got until 2 rounds of interviews, nor the HR, nor the managers/potential group leaders could give an answer regarding the possible salary. I had a question regarding the same job in the same division but for the medior position, they did not answer a question saying it's not their territory, although the job description was the very same.
