I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley in Mar 2011
Interview
Assessment day. Group exercise of problem solving, numerical test, interviews with three employees. There was one girl who spoke a lot in the group exercise and seemed very knowledgable. She did not get the job. Apparently she was too bossy and spoke too much.

Mostly about fit questions. Not a single technical question was asked.
Well organised, informational, and transparent process. After test there was a hirevue, then a telephone interview and then the superday, all of which was completed in about one month. I appreciated their speed and for not dragging out the process.
