HR went silent after 3 rounds of interview. Followed up to no avail. Seems like common practice. Interview scheduling was decent. Seems like a great culture with many ambitious and smart people to work with

Interview
The interview I had was unexpectedly brief and superficial, lacking depth in questions, leaving the candidate feeling underexploited and the overall experience rather uninformative and unsatisfactory. The interviewer asked what I would like salary wise and told me that she would get back to me and then abruptly ended the phone call.

Videoconference. Dialed-in and the first person scheduled could not attend the other person was on the phone and then the 3rd person never showed, after I was asked to dial back in later. Extremely unprofessional!
