I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Baltimore, MD) in Aug 2015
Interview
It was a very basic interview, behvior style questions with three interviewers to in person and one via phone. There was not out of the normal for the interview. They have a lot young people in director poristions at Morgan Stanley. That was definitely different. I cannot remember the last time I was older than the person interviewing me. Everyone was professional. It appeared to be a decent working enviroment. That is only things that is difficult to gage when interviewing.

Interview
Several interviews, over several weeks, all with different questions from their own perspectives. spoke with the direct manager, member of the QA team, a consultant, and both managers above that team. each conversation had the air that they were too busy to really talk or listen clearly, many times I felt they were multi-tasking.
