On the first day a panel came in to talk about the position and the experiences each member had working at this job in the past. The next day everyone people had 2 one on one interviews. Later in the day the top candidates got a phone call for a second series of interviews the next day. The interviews the next day asked similar questions as yesterdays interviewers. After interviews they divided the candidates into teams and had them complete a team assignment to see how we interacted in a group.
