A recently promoted VP was on the call. He asked basic questions about previous wins and failures and what I learned from them. If I am familiar with their departments and what they do and what is one piece of recent recents news and how does it affect the capital markets.

Final AC, was split into 3 separate interviews 2 were questions around the core values and current market news and quick trade idea as well as a few brain teasers.
Start off with a HireVue, where theres 3 questions and you have ability to retake some of them. After comes a call, followed by rounds of interviews if you end up making it farther.
