Phone Interview going about the current state of the economy and what my views were about rate hikes and headwinds to the US macro economy. They focused more on my market knowledge after walking through my interview. There were few "fit" questions and they checked if I could think well on my feet.

Three rounds.
First round was two separate 30 minute interviews talking about past experience and the role.
Second round was three separate 30 minute interviews asking about skills and answering my questions. Asking specific questions about the role is a must. I suggest using the information you are given from the first round interviews to help shape your questions.
Third round was two separate 30 minute interviews talking about everything I was told about the role in previous interviews. Best thing to do here is bring up is what you learned from each interview.
