Everything started with an unprofessional recruiter who forgot that she had a phone interview with me. I needed to email and call to reschedule an interview. I went through a series of interviews with 2 hiring managers and team members of the department that is understaffed and with a high turn over rate. People who have licenses but never worked as financial advisors monitor the work of financial advisors to ensure they adhere to compliance standard.. The risk management process is broken down in small pieces and everyone covers a small piece of the risk management puzzle. The last interviewer was an arrogant mail who conducted an interview over the phone. Im not selected. I'm truly grateful. Unprofessional and highly stressful work environment with people who have low level of knowledge and high level of insecurities. Overall truly disappointing. I wasn't selected and I'm grateful I didn't get the job.
