One call with HR and one with a supervisor. Super simple. Make sure to ask questions about what the job is as they advertise this as an actual finance gig and not a call center gig, which it is.

Are you capable to sitting at a computer and talking in the phone 8 hours a day.
Over the phone, quick easy. The interviewer was what to learn more about me, and my past experiences. Very laid back style which was surprising, being that MS is one of the largest Ms brokerage firms in the world.
