In early December 2023 I was invited to a 10min call by a recruiter to discuss my background and the position. I was told I would be contacted around Christmas to be scheduled for a superday interview happening in mid January. I was not contacted until the week before the superday and by a different recruiter. The superday consisted of three 25min interviews with various members of the AML team. During my last interview I was told I would hear back within two weeks. It was not until two follow-ups and almost a month later that I was told they decided to move forward with another candidate. The overall interview experience wasn't bad, but their response time is awful.
