I applied through College and I was invited to a 1:1 interview on campus. It took approximately about 1 week for them to get back to me. The interview lasted about 40 minutes and it was pretty hard. I was not as prepared as I should have been. Did not hear back from them.

Easy because interviewer was asking me relevant questions according to my expertise. She is from new York office and she wanted someone who can handle risk between middle to back office.

Describe risk management and how can we use in capital markets
Extremely easygoing. Nothing to be panicked about. Go in thinking of interview as a conversation between potential colleagues. It was extremely casual. Don’t be nervous…… also keep asking questions if you have any about company’s culture
First interview was an online digital questionnaire. Consisted of the three questions on Hirevure and was pretty straightforward. Are able to practice beforehand and see sample questions you my be asked.
