I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (London, England) in Nov 2022
Interview
Not neurodiverse friendly. Dull comp style question that does not prove anything. A CV with many years should tell an employer what they need to know. 2 males interview one female. Main interviewer lacked personality and asked the usual tedious questions. He came across as smug and demonstrated unconscious bias. He clearly wanted to hire another man who was of the same ilk as himself. About 20 years ago I was interviewed by a clearly misogynist male who wanted to know how my husband felt about the company sending me to other locations. Because of this experience I took my wedding band off at the next interview. Quite clearly things have not moved on at this company, who demonstrate a potential bullying culture.
Easy because interviewer was asking me relevant questions according to my expertise. She is from new York office and she wanted someone who can handle risk between middle to back office.

Describe risk management and how can we use in capital markets
Extremely easygoing. Nothing to be panicked about. Go in thinking of interview as a conversation between potential colleagues. It was extremely casual. Don’t be nervous…… also keep asking questions if you have any about company’s culture
First interview was an online digital questionnaire. Consisted of the three questions on Hirevure and was pretty straightforward. Are able to practice beforehand and see sample questions you my be asked.
