Screening by a recruitment partner. Then scheduled 1 hour slot for scenario and behavioural questions. Interviewer was late to the meeting by 15 minutes with no contact made to explain or sincerity of why I was kept waiting, it was very unprofessional and it felt like the interviewer did not care about it.
