Very fast time manner on the process and was able to get the offer in less than two weeks. There was a phone interviow for basic background and HR question. An In-person with one of the manager was very pleasant and just basic resume and some behavior questions.

Three rounds of interviews with individual teams and two different hiring managers. Takes about 2+ months to get job offer from management, do the proper background checks and get started.

What is your comfortability with problem solving for complex problems?
Simple, they were very welcoming and straightforward. I felt comfortable when I got there, but I could tell they wanted someone with more experience than me. It only lasted 30 minutes and they only really wanted to hear me talk about my experiences and asked one behavioral question.

Very straightforward. Told me more about the role. Was looking for someone to start in January, but I don't graduate until June. Said she'd pass my resume along nonetheless (don't think anything will come of it considering they are looking for someone to start ASAP).
