HireVue right after application submission, due in 48 hours mostly behavioral a few light opinion on the market type of questions and then phone call screener afterwards that was very behavioral but seemed to really care about whether or not you knew what IBers do and why you wanted to do it. Very clear that they are trying to weed out people who don't understand the job or don't have what it takes.
