I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (London, England) in Nov 2015
Interview
Recruitment process goes:
- Online application
- Online tests
- Phone Interview
- Assessment Center
Went through to phone interview and waiting for a reply.
Everything is very well studied and defined in their recruitment process. Very challenging and stimulating experience. Definitely reflects the firm's level in the financial markets.
This year the interviews for placements are strength based and not competency based anymore so make sure you look at that more in depth because there is much more focus on your personality and firm values.
