The process began with an online application, followed by a phone screen with a recruiter. The recruiter was friendly and asked basic questions about my background and why I was interested in Morgan Stanley.

The first round consisted of two back-to-back video interviews. Each interview lasted about 30 minutes. The questions were a mix of behavioral and technical ones. For the behavioral part, I was asked about my past experiences, how I handled certain situations, and my career aspirations.
