I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (London, England) in Apr 2024
Interview
Interviewed for an Off-cycle Internship position with Morgan Stanley. Submitted my application and did the recorded video interview questions, which was a bunch of 16 questions about your thoughts and opinions, your previous experience and what not.
After a very long time of constant badgering, the recruiter caved and sent me straight to the final round of interviews (no idea how that happened to this date?). My interview was conducted by the head of the Sustainable Investing department in New York (again, what?) who seemed absolutely uninterested and even conveyed that to me. Made me feel like I was eating away at his precious time, but ok I guess.
Of course, I didn't get through. Think this whole process was an absolute mess.
