I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (London, England) in Oct 2015
Interview
1st round is 2 consecutive half hour phone interviews. Asked very general questions about resume and about an interest in markets. One of the two interviewers didn't put me through and all communication was done through HR. I emailed interviewer for feedback and HR replied. Feedback was not very comprehensive. Interviewers were friendly. Only issue was the lack of feedback and not knowing where I went wrong as a result.
