MS's interview process was multi-level. First, you have to pass the HireVue interview which is quite boring and low-risk, followed by a 15-minute phone call with someone in the department you are applying for, a week later (if you pass the phone interview) you will be invited to a super day that consists of 4, 30-minute interviews. The super day is definitely the most stressful because you are being questioned at every level by 4 people who sometimes seem disinterested. They did not ask me any technical questions, but they still asked me questions relating to business markets such as what recent M&A interested or I had seen.
