Interview
Brief, not detailed, the person interviewing felt very junior. She didn't seem interested, didn't respond to my follow up email, and never let me know what the next steps were.
Very slow. Took 2+ months to meet with 3 people. Was turned off by the role due to being interviewed by a 19 year old boy who hadn't been to college, had 0 qualifications and was on an apprenticeship. The guy was clueless and was in charge of whether I got the position (10+ year career in marketing).
