I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley in Jul 2024
Interview
The process was pretty straight forward. Hireview -> Phone Screening -> 3 back to back Superday. The superday was a mix of technical and behavioral. Understand the current market, have a stock ready to pitch, know why them and why that program, know what you wish to get out of the internship. Correlate your past experiences to the role. Talk about what you know. My interview was basically about my past internship experiences and my interest in real estate - reits, tax provisions, current market conditions.
