One day was needed. Technical Interview (45 minutes) testing your knowledge regarding accounting, banking, corporate finance, investment banking etc. Interpersonal interview (45 minutes) test your ability to operate, work in teams and generally it measures in which extent you fit the organization's culture, norms and values. Both interview was made by two-two employee of the company. They were relatively kind. They tried to govern the interview's towards topics in which you are good at. Because they make the selection of your field of finance based on your knowledge. Besides the interviews. There was also a group task. We were 6 people in one group. We were given an individual paper with a negotiating role. The time was limited (make some time pressure)

What are the accruals? Financial ratios, examples and meaning? Futures, Forwards, Swaps? Knowledge about Microsoft excel? What kind of functions do you use? Details of annual statement? Money Markets? Financial Markets?
Very easy, mostly behavioral questions easy to prepare. Interviewers were knowledgeable and answered questions. I did prepare easily well for the interview. Did ask what daily routines looked like and what to expect when on the job
