I applied online at the Morgan Stanley early career website, got a online assessment. Then received HireVue, couple of easy behavioral and technical questions. First Round and then Superday, which consists of three 30 minutes back to back interviews with their MDs, EDs.

It was standard from the guides, if you have the 400 question guide you will be totally fine, its nothing really beyond that at the interviews. You don't need to fundamentally understand banking.
