J'ai postulé sur le site de l'entreprise et j'ai été contacté par mail pour commencer de processus de recrutement. Un premier entretien téléphonique d'une heure et demi très très dur sur des algorithmes de tris en C++, modélisation et contrôle stochastique et algorithmes de classification.... La suite était facile! Des questions du type: Pourquoi vous voulez rejoindre ce groupe? Comment vous voyez votre intégration dans une équipe à Morgan Stanley? Avez-vous des préférences de langage de programmation? Aimez-vous apprendre de nouvelles choses? Si oui, que faites vous pour le faire

The OA was quite difficult involving aptitude, debugging and programming qns. The aptitude was most time consuming and where mostly pictorial and needed much time to solve. Debugging is better and included easier qns.

Straightforward, more focus on fit and eagerness than market knowledge. Everyone was kind, interviews were short but I talked to people in various teams. Multiple stages online then I eventually received an offer in person.
