Interview
Straight forward with reasonable questions as to why the position is one that I would want to do. Questions were in line with other wealth management firms. I would suggest knowing the role responsibilities before going into the interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do you want to advance in your career and how soon.
Very straight forward in terms of initial meeting and appointment making. Face-to-face interview was with the same person who screens over the phone. Would've like to have met with the advisor(s) that were looking to replace exiting employees. Overall, a good understanding of what the role demanded.

Question 1
Tell me about your time at a previous employer and what did you learn?
The whole process lasted less than an hour. The manager conducting the interview was very nice and friendly. As long as you have a college degree you will be fine.
